This treatment utilities a cannula to gently separate the DAO muscle (the muscle which causes a downward turned smile) from the skin.

Dermal filler is then placed to soften marionette lines (shadows at each side of the lower lip) and botulinum toxin is used to directly target the DAO muscles from pulling downwards any further.
