PRP uses your own blood's concentrated platelets to stimulate natural healing and regeneration — used at Skin Rehab for both hair restoration and skin rejuvenation.

A small blood sample is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma, which is then reintroduced to stimulate your body's own healing and collagen/hair-growth response.

We offer two PRP treatments: a Crown Package for hair loss and thinning, and a Vampire Facial for skin rejuvenation — often combined with microneedling for enhanced results.

Is PRP safe?

Yes — because PRP uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction or rejection is very low. Your nurse will screen for suitability at consultation.

Does it hurt?

A blood draw is required, plus micro-injections or microneedling to apply the PRP — most clients find it comparable to microneedling alone.

How many sessions will I need?

For hair restoration, a course of several sessions is typically recommended. For skin rejuvenation, many clients see benefit from a single session, with a course for best long-term results.

Can PRP be combined with other treatments?

Yes — PRP pairs particularly well with microneedling, which helps the plasma penetrate more effectively.

Treatments at Skin Rehab are provided by an Independent Nurse Prescriber registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). A consultation is required before treatment. Services are for adults aged 18 and over. Individual results may vary.
